This would be very likely to happen if you had a previous installation on your system because even though you erased the data, it really isn't gone. Even during this it still does the same long black screen I had before I did the fresh install. I''ll assume you've never updated the BIOS, correct? Everything installed fine but this time after the initial restart I got a "Windows is starting up" message and then I saw the hint of a blue screen before the screen I tried both but neither worked. It is particularly long when updates have been installed. Check This Out Problem solved!
Another thing I'd suggest you to do is run tests on the SSD in order to determine its health and SMART data status. Basically they found nothing to do and 'quit'. and i installed successfully. I tried some of the solutions here too but most required access to a second computer, knowledge of computer stuff, or at least the windows 10 load disk. (Which I don't I downloaded newer drivers from the NVIDIA website and haven't had any issues yet, but I've only rebooted a couple times so far. Today I'll be... I purchased parts for my rig last year between Oct and Nov. The issue is the long timed black screen between the dots becoming the windows logo and the welcome screen appearing, timed for approx 45-60 seconds. At reboots do not trigger DVD and it should not boot itself.
