IE10 Upgrade On Windows 7 Enterprise 64bits Failed Code 9C59
In the setup catagory, I found another error code for the failed install of ie10 and that gave me gave me a whole new set of posiible solutions, which I did Can anyone help? Have completed all important and optional Windows updates but the installation of IE10 fails everytime with error 9C59. When I searched for info regarding the error code: 9c59 (unknown error), I see there are alot of people in my situation - no solution, for me anyway.

I cannot access internet options in my control panel to try and reset ie 9 - so something is missing. Still having some issues, but at least I can run the command. due to a Windows Update folder (SoftwareDistribution) corruption, Windows Update elements corruption, missing important updates that are needed to install Internet Explorer, etc. navigate here This was my situation.

Reset Windows Updates Components by running the FixIt tool from this link. 2. Install all Important and Optional updates except Internet Explorer 11. 1. In a nutshell, this bug was a real pain to fix, resulting in a lot of trial and error.

When it finally worked, the Internet Explorer 11 offline installer made mention of the language pack installing properly -- but only when I uninstalled .NET framework 4.6, first.
