Even if it is, I don't think I want to install the other updates anyways. The most severe of the vulnerabilities could allow code execution with elevated privileges if a user views a specially crafted webpage using Microsoft Edge. The vulnerability could allow remote code execution if an attacker with access to the local system executes a malicious application. To be honest, I haven't noticed any difference on my system after installing it.
