I don't know what it was before, I only know that it is NTFS now. looks like i can go in to each individual folder and set each individual song or video to full access for administrators, but that would take forever. Plug the HDD that you have files on that you need to recover. I cant believe this, I bought a new pc, Im the only user, I dont even have ONE OTHER USER on this computer, its all brand new stuff, brand new windows
