Technician at the store, where I bought computer had no clue and nor interest . Thankfully there's a solution, although it's not the most friendly one. Hope it helps. Windows did create another folder there called CustomDestinations.Jumplists did not work right away, it took a few minutes before I was able to make use of them again. I had this problem with word and followed your instruction then it was solved .
